Shipping

All purchases are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Please contact us (via Etsy conversation) prior to purchase if you are in need of an overnight, expedited or alternate shipping method. 

We rely on the USPS Delivery Confirmation as proof that your package has reached its destination. Delivery confirmation is included in your shipping costs; however, if you wish to purchase additional services, such as insurance, please contact me prior to placing an order so I can adjust the listing accordingly. 

Refunds and Exchanges

Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. All correspondence should be made via Etsy conversation. 

Refunds will only be made within the first 24 hours of your purchase being delivered. USPS provides tracking information on Priority Mail, allowing us to know that your order has made it to you.

Customized items are not returnable. However, if we make any error or mistake on an item, we will gladly replace it at no charge to the you. You will simply need to message us with a photo and an explanation of the error.

We cannot be responsible for replacing an order if the wrong address or personalization was provided. Again, if it was our mistake we will ship the correct order ASAP.

Additional Policies and FAQs

In personalizing your order, We use upper and lower case letters at our discretion to get an ultimate piece of work! This personalization may not be grammatically correct. (For example: "wendy" instead of "Wendy"). Items that include a hand-lettered personalization will include a font style that will also be chosen at our discretion. If you have a preference on your personalized item, please let us know when placing your order.
